What is Pellet Torch?

In the design, manufacturing and installation process, the size measurement of the pellet stove is very important. Accurate size measurement not only affects the combustion efficiency, but also directly relates to safety, installation convenience and maintenance costs.

Dimensions Of Pellet Stoves:
Glass Tube:
Glass tube is an important part of pellet stoves, usually used to observe combustion conditions and provide a relatively closed combustion environment for the flame.
The diameter of the glass tube determines whether it can be successfully installed in the stove body. Usually, the diameter of the glass tube ranges from 9cm to 10cm, and the specific size is determined according to the size of the stove body. When measuring, you can use a vernier caliper to measure the outer diameter of the glass tube and record the exact value to ensure that the appropriate glass tube can be selected during production.
The length of the glass tube determines the visible range of the flame, which is generally between 90cm and 100cm. If the glass tube is too short, the flame may not be fully displayed, affecting the viewing effect; if the glass tube is too long, it may affect the stability of the stove body structure. Therefore, when measuring, it is necessary to ensure that the length meets the design requirements and that the cutting of both ends of the glass tube is smooth for subsequent installation.
Pellet Hopper And Lid:
The pellet hopper is the core component of the entire pellet stove, which determines the size of the combustion chamber, the amount of fuel stored, and the appearance and applicable environment of the whole machine.
The height of the pellet hopper is usually 80cm. A pellet hopper that is too high may not be suitable for home or small space use, while a pellet hopper that is too short may affect the combustion efficiency. Therefore, when measuring, it is necessary to ensure that the height of the pellet hopper matches the use environment. The width of the pellet hopper, we learned by measuring the stove lid that the size is between 8cm.

Glass tube holder:
The glass tube hoder that fixes the glass tube is used to stabilize the glass tube to prevent it from shaking or loosening during the combustion process. The size of the glass tube hoder needs to accurately match the diameter of the glass tube and the interface of the furnace body.
The inner diameter of the glass tube hoder is usually slightly larger than the outer diameter of the glass tube, usually between 10cm-11cm, to ensure that the glass tube can be smoothly embedded. When measuring, it is necessary to consider the expansion coefficient of the glass tube and leave an appropriate gap to avoid tightening problems caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Support Legs:
The support leg is an important supporting structure of the pellet stove, which determines the stability of the stove body and the contact area with the ground.
The height of the support leg is generally 32cm. A support leg that is too high may cause the center of gravity of the stove to be too high, affecting stability, while a support leg that is too low may cause poor air circulation and affect combustion efficiency.

When measuring the weight, you can use an electronic scale or industrial weighing equipment, and measure multiple times after the different parts are assembled to ensure the accuracy of the data.
