The Work Together And Achieve Success Team Development Activity During The Autumn Season Of 2023

The purpose of this event was to strengthen the cohesion, combat effectiveness, and centripetal force of our young employees, enrich their cultural life, and better stimulate their passion for work. The team building activities, held on October 28, 2023, were designed for this theme and were a great success.

This successful exercise brought about a sense of comradery amongst the team. Eighteen partners from various departments participated in the team-building activity held at the Linzhou Taihang Mountain Forest Sports Park. The activities mainly consisted of mountaineering, where everyone encouraged and sweat together while climbing one mountain after another. The program enabled inexperienced employees to appreciate the significance of collaboration and reliance, fostering a positive group dynamic that exemplified the youthful flair of the workers at Henan Jinbailai Industrial Co., Ltd.

Amidst the challenging conditions this year, these youthful assets of the company demonstrate their audacious and diligent spirits and exuberant enthusiasm. This team building activity improved cohesion within the company, as well as boosted the morale of young employees who are responsible for corporate development.
