Homemade Pellet Rocket Stove

A homemade pellet rocket stove is a type of rocket furnace that uses pellet as the main fuel source. Pellet are made from compressed sawdust and are an economical and sustainable alternative to traditional fossil fuels. To build a homemade pellet rocket stove, you need some basic materials. This includes glass tubes for chimneys, metal boxes for combustion chambers, and some metal rods or bolts for furnace legs. A hopper should also be installed on the stove to accommodate sawdust pellet.

The design of a self-made pellet rocket stove is based on the principle of a rocket stove, which includes creating a small insulated combustion chamber with a chimney. When pellets burn, they generate a strong flame, resulting in high heat output and minimal smoke or pollutants.

Pellets are a renewable resource that produces much less pollution than fossil fuels. By using this type of stove, you can reduce your carbon footprint while still enjoying the benefits of a warm fire.

1. Put the base in a flat & firm place.

2. Use 4pcs M6 screws + spring washer to fix the main body to the base.

3. Fixed the hoop on the main body with 1pc M6 screw.

4. Put some pellet into the hopper.

5. Close the cover and turn it clockwise until it locked.

6. Put solid alcohol or similar into the burner and light it up.

7. Put the high-temperature resistant glass tube through the hoop carefully and put it on the burner.

8. Clean ashes after a period of use with, properly tools.
